Section 65b, act Apr. 3, 1944, ch. 155, § 1, 58 Stat. 187, prescribed salary of secretary of Territory.
Section 66, act Mar. 3, 1905, ch. 1497, § 1, 33 Stat. 1265, related to fees of secretary of Territory.
